Gravotech offers a wide choice of laser marking systems : Fibre laser, Hybrid laser, CO2 laser and Green laser, designed for integration into production lines or manufacturing process. Our laser heads meet industrial standards and provide high-quality markings in short cycle times. Galvo lasers are the ideal solution for Direct Part marking, there is no consumable and no maintenance required. The total cost of ownership is much more attractive compare to labelling or ink jet solutions. 

 

Our wide range of integrated laser markers come in various power classes and wavelengths to suit your identification marking and traceability needs, whatever their materials. Our laser marking machines are mainly used to mark and engrave texts, logos, alphanumeric codes, 1D, 2D, and Data Matrix codes.

Highly communicative, lasers heads can operate autonomously in a production line and generate all the data necessary for your identification. We offer «Ready-to-integrate» solutions that require no additional connection equipment and no PC. They can be integrated and interfaced very easily with most of the PLCs brands thanks to their compatibility with a wide range of communication protocols. Our Vision Manager function allows an instantaneous laser marking control of your text and codes, and the result can be communicated to your systems. 

 

Based on an experience of 40 years in integrating laser heads in production lines, Gravotech has developed a wide range of accessories and functions to facilitate the mechanical integration: 3D module to make on complex parts, autofocus for non-precise conveyor, class-1 nozzle for complete safety, and many more. 

1 laser head range – 4 technologies

Each identification marking need is different, depending on your part to be identified. Gravotech offers a complete range of integrated laser marking systems with different wavelengths and powers to suit all your marking requirements. 

 

Fibre laser 

Precise and powerful, the Fibre Laser engraver performs high-quality marking in very short cycle times on metals and some plastics. As an ultra-compact and communicative galvo laser marker, its simple and fast integration in any manufacturing process is guaranteed. 

 

Hybrid laser 

The 1064nm Hybrid laser is intended for applications requiring a great versatility in terms of marking materials, from plastics to any kind of metals with incredibly high speed. 

 

CO2 laser 

CO2 laser marking systems use a wavelength in the infrared range of 10600nm. It is perfectly suited to mark organic materials such as leather, paper, wood, plastics and even glass. 

 

Green laser 

The Green laser technology DPSS source of 532nm is designed for “smooth” and "cold" markings on sensitive materials or on plastics that are not reactive to other wavelengths. The green laser engraver also has a small spot diameter that offers the possibility to mark small marking (0.1 mm) and unrivalled marking quality on a wide range of materials.
